Rotors with “Mill Effect”
One of the great advantages of Genius is that thanks to its EXCLUSIVE and patented system, the rotors generate a “Mill Effect” achieving shearing of the bone inside the pump cavity, thereby eliminating the possibilities of obstructions due to accumulations of bone in the pump mass

Genius prevents breakdowns that occur due to the accidental entry of a metal body into the Decanter.
A breakdown in this device produces a very critical situation in the Mill, due to the dimensions and precision of its components, since special machinery has to be used, being an arduous and expensive task, generating stoppages and significant costs.

In many cases, the Decanter must be removed and transferred to specialized ships, to proceed with a repair with guarantees.
This situation means that the line may possibly be unusable for a long period of time, which represents a high economic cost for the oil mill, both for the amount of the repair itself and for the stoppage of that line in question.
A typical breakdown of these devices is caused by the “unwanted” entry of a metal object inside. This metallic body can come together with the olive mass, from any other place in the chain (screws, sheets, pieces of sieve, etc.).
In some cases, devices (magnets) are placed to try to “catch” them before they go through the mass pump to the Decanter, but it is not always successful.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Great cost savings
For the development of Genius, the importance of energy consumption for current oil mills has been taken into account. This is linked to the type and amount of equipment used, and closely related to the motors that move the mass pumps used in the racking.
The design of the Genius pumps allows the use of motors with very reduced power compared to the pumps currently used. This is due to its high performance and low wear rate, allowing in any case to considerably lower energy-related costs.

The mass pumps currently used in Oil Mills have not been specifically designed for this purpose; they are generalists, serving a large number of applications, but the olive mass has very special characteristics, containing a large amount of bone in suspension and a very corrosive composition, which makes it very difficult to pump.

On the other hand, the dough when it reaches the mixer may contain unwanted materials from various places. The most harmful for the Decanter are the metallic bodies, because they can cause damage of various kinds, both to the rotor and to the drum, with the unwanted but inevitable stoppage of that production line.
The main objective of the Genius developers is to provide the Oil Mill with the IDEAL PUMP, a pump that “traps” metal objects but, on the other hand, allows olive pits to pass, regardless of their size or quantity.
